New to raider board::::::Very old to riding!!

Just getting onto the Raider board and want to say HI!

I am on several other boards but just got my new RED RAIDER last Thursday and am loving it already! I am the proud owner of an
2007 VZR1800 Suzuiki M 109::2005 NRX 1800 Honda RUNE. In future posts I will post pictures of them. But for now just wanted to
start off saying hi and tell you what I have been up with the Raider. I have only done two mods so far, the cheeeeeeeeeeeeep tail
section license plate mod and I replaced the rear 210 tire with a 240x40x18 thismorning, love the new look.

Hope to get to know everyone as I don on the other boards I'm on.

What brand of tire did you use?

I had an extra Dunlap 240x40x18 for my m-109 in the garage and decided to use it on the new Raider and it worked out GREAT!

;D ;D Thanks it's a beauty first, then it turns to a beast once it's fired up. The Rune is one of the best running motorcycles on the road today.
I have had a lot of bikes in my 50 years on two wheels but believe me it is one of the finest machine to come down the pike. Best part of all it was made right here in the good ol USA, yep in Marysville Ohio. Each and every part.

Welcome Aboard! Nice to have an older rider on the site. . . I'm 55! I also owned an M109, but like the Raider better. Awesome collection of bikes. I look forward to hearing more from you.

Glad the board is coming alive. Yep the Rune is a real beauty. I won the New Port Richie Big Bike Show last year with the" BEST OF SHOW
All Classes" with it. I will dig out the photo and post it.http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb214/JolyRuneRider05/Picture1085.jpg?t=1225500669 The trophy is 6'8" tall, the biggest one I've ever won. And it does move down the road when you want it to.
I sold the 9er last Thursday, the right money was met and it's a goner. Now I'm down to two(2) bikes. But really that's all ya need.
I too love this Raider. Last nite on my way home from the first Toys4Tots Nite at Porkies I opened it up a little, 125MPH on a 5th gear roll out
and it wasn't to bad getting there. Not quite as fast as my 9er was,had more performance mods there, but the potential is sure here for a great running machine.

I hope others decide to joing us on here so we don't loose this board. Thanks for joining in.
